1. About ReadiDry
ReadiDry offers an annual emergency water mitigation service plan for eligible homes in parts of New York. The ReadiDry Protection Plan is a service plan, not insurance, and nothing on this website is an offer of insurance.
2. Information on this site
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is a summary. The exact services, limits, exclusions and terms of your plan are set out in the Plan Terms, your plan agreement and your benefit schedule. If anything on the site differs from those documents, those documents control.
3. ZIP checker and calculator
The ZIP checker gives a preliminary answer about our service area. It is not a final eligibility decision for a specific property. We confirm eligibility after enrollment and before your plan becomes active, and we refund you in full if your property is not eligible.
The "Run your own numbers" calculator uses the figures you enter. Its results are illustrations based on your own estimates. They are not quotes, not a promise of savings and not a statement of what any repair or insurance claim would cost.
4. Enrollment and payment
Online enrollment and payment are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. By enrolling you agree to the Plan Terms, including automatic annual renewal until you cancel. We may refuse or cancel an enrollment if a property is not eligible, if information given to us is inaccurate, or if payment fails, and we refund any payment for an enrollment we refuse.
5. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes submitting false information, attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the site's operation, or using automated tools to collect content from it.
6. Our content
The ReadiDry name, logo, text, graphics, photos and design of this site belong to ReadiDry or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reuse or distribute our content for any other purpose without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as Stripe checkout. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties about the website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. This section does not limit the services we have agreed to provide under your plan.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ReadiDry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100. Claims about plan services are governed by the Plan Terms and your plan agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
